What to do in Salt Lake tomorrow

Everything on the Salt Lake calendar for tomorrow, in start-time order, with venues and prices. The page rolls forward as the date does, so it's always the next day — never a stale one.

A day's notice is the useful amount: long enough to get a ticket or a table, short enough that you'll still remember you meant to go.

27 events, in order.

What a day's notice actually buys you

Enough for most of this list. Club shows, local theater, comedy, readings, markets, and meetups rarely need more than an evening's head start, and plenty of them sell at the door anyway. What a single day is not enough for: touring dates at the Delta Center and The Complex, opening nights for Utah Symphony or Ballet West, Utah Jazz and Real Salt Lake home games, and anything on a Friday or Saturday that's been on sale since spring. If tomorrow is one of those, buy tonight.

It's also the right amount of notice for the unglamorous parts of going out — a sitter, a dinner reservation before a 7:30 curtain, or working out who's driving. Restaurants near the Eccles Theater and in Central Ninth fill up around show times on weekends and stay manageable midweek.

If you want to stop relying on remembering, every event page has an add-to-calendar button that drops the details straight into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, and you can subscribe to the whole calendar as a feed so new listings appear alongside the rest of your week. A free account also lets you favorite things and keep a list.

Thin night tomorrow? Thursday through Saturday carry most of any given week, so this weekend is usually the fuller list, and the full calendar runs two weeks out.

Frequently asked questions

What is happening in Salt Lake tomorrow?

This page lists every event on our calendar for tomorrow in Salt Lake, in start-time order, with venues, start times, and prices. It refreshes as the date rolls over, so it is always the next day rather than a fixed date.

How far ahead should I buy tickets for a Salt Lake show?

A day is usually enough for club shows and local theater, and the small rooms frequently sell tickets at the door. Buy earlier for touring arena and Eccles Theater dates, Utah Symphony and Ballet West performances, Utah Jazz and Real Salt Lake games, and anything on a Friday or Saturday that has been announced for months.

Which nights are busiest for events in Salt Lake?

Thursday through Saturday carry the most on any given week, with Friday usually the densest. Sunday and Monday are the quietest, though museums, parks, and the bigger venues still run programming. If tomorrow looks thin, the weekend page is normally the fuller list.

Can I save an event or get a reminder before it happens?

Yes. Every event page has an "add to calendar" option that drops it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, and you can subscribe to the whole calendar as a feed. Creating a free account also lets you favorite events and keep a list.

Listings come from venues, organizers, automated feeds, and reader tips, and we check them before posting. Times and prices can change — the venue is always the last word.
